As a Retail Customer Experience Specialist, your duties will encompass extending greetings to all individuals in the store, including colleagues and clients, and taking the initiative to approach customers to grasp their needs and enhance their shopping journey. Acting as the primary provider of customer service at the store entrance, you will act as a connection between customers and the managerial team. Moreover, you will step in at the checkout area when required and ensure that robust customer service standards are maintained by assisting cashiers with complex transactions. By adhering to the company's expectations for merchandising and display, like complying with predefined floor plans, meeting signage standards, conducting price alterations, maintaining inventory presentation, and adhering to restocking procedures, you will contribute to Dick's Sporting Goods' goal of establishing itself as the ultimate destination for athletes and sports enthusiasts
