Responsibilities of Sports Retail Specialist:

• Extend greetings to all individuals and take the initiative to engage with customers in a supportive manner as they navigate their shopping journey
• Show genuine engagement with customers by exhibiting enthusiasm, expertise, loyalty, and perseverance in their chosen sport or hobby
• Maintain the established guidelines for showcasing products from top sporting goods brands
• Establish an environment within the store that is welcoming to all individuals, ensuring that both associates and customers feel included and valued while maintaining a sense of safety
• Additional responsibilities might be needed to assist the team and maintain the store in response to evolving business demands

Qualification of Sports Retail Specialist:

• Previous background in retail sales, cashiering, or customer-centric roles is advantageous.
• Having the capacity to stand, bend, squat, extend, exert force, tug, and raise objects weighing between 15 and 35 lbs intermittently (up to 5 instances per hour).
• Capable of standing or walking for extended periods, up to 4 hours at a time.
• Capable of carrying out repetitive movements for brief durations (up to 2 hours without interruption).
