Responsibilities of Divisional Manager:
- Include finding, hiring and developing employees, conducting new hire orientation and executing the training plan for each new hire.
- You're also responsible for scheduling and deploying the Team correctly, addressing performance issues, assisting in the resolution of customer issues and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans.

Requirements of Divisional Manager:
- A minimum age of 18 years is required.
- With a background in managing teams in food service or retail settings, demonstrating leadership skills and overseeing Profit and Loss responsibilities for 1-3 years is required.
- 50-Hour Work Week.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred, although not mandatory. Fundamental knowledge of computers is necessary. Access to dependable transportation is needed.
- Proficiency in fundamental business mathematics and accounting abilities, along with robust analytical and decision-making competencies. Capable of enduring standing, walking, lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs., and bending for the majority of the shift period.
