Job Summary of Dining Manager:

The Taco Bell Restaurant Dining Manager plays a crucial role in leading the team and setting the tone for the work atmosphere while ensuring high levels of customer service. They are tasked with overseeing the entire restaurant's operations and cultivating a team that delivers exceptional food and excellent customer service consistently.

Responsibilities of Dining Manager:

• Include finding, hiring and developing employees, conducting new hire orientation and developing the training plan for each new hire.
• You're also responsible for scheduling and deploying the Team correctly, addressing performance issues, assisting in the resolution of customer issues and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans.

Requirements of Dining Manager:

• Possession of a high school diploma or GED is required, with a college or university degree being desirable. Ideal candidates should have 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a retail or food service setting, with previous accountability for Profit and Loss. Fundamental computer skills are essential, with a marked inclination towards promoting internally from the Assistant Dining Manager role
• A minimum age requirement of 21 years must be met, in addition to successfully clearing the background check conditions and drug screening
• A dependable mode of transportation is essential
• Capable of cleaning and mopping surfaces, wiping down shelves, and removing and disposing of trash by placing it in an outdoor waste bin
• Capable of maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant's parking lot and surrounding areas. Able to endure standing, walking, lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and bending for the majority of the shift
