Responsibilities for Retail Coordinator:
- Meet or exceed predetermined milestones including sales targets, productivity levels per hour, average transaction sizes, quantity of items per purchase, conversion ratios, credit account registrations, contests, and any other performance indicators tailored to the brand.
- Engage fully in all contests, promotions, and sales incentives to reap the rewards. Stay in the loop about all sales promotions to stay competitive.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding and effective utilization of selling tactics and customer service benchmarks as outlined in Company training materials.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships through approachable interactions and first-rate customer service
- Follow the company's guidelines to ensure the store's appearance meets expectations, performance goals are achieved, product knowledge is demonstrated, and store operations run smoothly
- Support store management by ensuring the sales floor and stock area are clean and orderly.
- Adhere to all security regulations and protocols, which may involve practicing zone defense tactics. Stay alert and be prepared to manage any suspected loss prevention situations.
- Remain attentive to possible shortages by promptly serving customers, reporting external theft such as shoplifting to management, and identifying internal theft.
