Responsibilities of Cashier Representative:
- Cordially welcome and interact with diners in a pleasant manner within the eatery.
- Responsibly manage the orders placed by customers and seamlessly handle the payment procedures.
- Handle and resolve any guest concerns and questions without delay.
- Provide a comfortable and protected area for team members and visitors.
- Enhance cooperation with our Delivery Partners
- Maintain the cleanliness of the premises by completing general cleaning tasks such as wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping the floors.
- Responding to questions about the items on the menu and current promotions
- Organize the items to be used in cooking and preparing the menu offerings
- Reinstating merchandise and setting up stations
- Using kitchen machinery such as bake ovens, deep fryers, cooking surfaces, and an array of culinary tools in the cooking process
- Sustaining a hygienic work setting by engaging in general cleaning activities such as wiping workstations, sanitizing equipment, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping surfaces
Requirements of Cashier Representative:
- Individuals as young as 16 years old are eligible, and no prior background is a prerequisite.
- Reliable commuting options are a must.
- Proficiency in interpreting and making sense of paperwork such as safety guidelines, maintenance directives, operational manuals, and instructional resources.
- Able to stand for extended periods without a break.
- Required to lift loads of up to 50 pounds with assistance as necessary.
- Being able to foster a positive atmosphere with both colleagues and clients is important for successful interaction.
