Responsibilities of Cash Register Operator:
- Extend a friendly greeting and engage guests in a positive manner at the restaurant.
- Take down the guests' orders with precision and efficiently complete the payment process.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to all guest inquiries and problems.
- Create a safe and welcoming space for guests and employees.
- Establish a strong working relationship with our Delivery Partners
- Keep the facility tidy by performing various cleaning duties like cleaning tables, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors.
- Addressing queries regarding available dishes and marketing deals
- Assemble the required ingredients and meal selections
- Replenishing supplies and arranging work areas
- Employing cooking apparatus like ovens, frying machines, barbecues, and a variety of culinary gadgets in food preparation
- Upholding cleanliness in the work environment through tasks like wiping down workstations, cleaning machinery, doing the dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors
Requirements of Cash Register Operator:
- Must be at least 16 years of age. No previous experience required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and training materials.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
- Must get along well with coworkers and guests through a positive and friendly demeanor.
