Job Summary of Retail Sales Consultant:

Our Retail Sales Consultant are passionate about creating a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and execution standards, and ability to prioritize. They are constantly learning, supporting their team across all departments, and contributing to an overall fun store culture!

Responsibilities of Retail Sales Consultant:

• Offer friendly greetings to all and take a proactive approach in interacting with customers to ensure they receive the support they need while shopping
• Exhibit sincere connections with customers through the manifestation of passion, intelligence, resolve, and loyalty to their preferred sport or pursuit
• Adhere to the set criteria for displaying merchandise from leading names in the sporting goods industry
• Cultivate a safe and respectful store environment that prioritizes the well-being of both associates and customers, fostering a sense of security and dignity for everyone present
• Other duties may be required to provide support for the team and the store as new business needs emerge

Qualification of Retail Sales Consultant:

• Preference is given to candidates with previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer-oriented roles.
• Capability to periodically stand, bend, kneel, stretch, exert force, drag, and elevate objects weighing 15 to 35 lbs periodically (up to 5 occasions per hour).
• Possess the capacity to stand or walk for prolonged durations, up to 4 hours.
• Able to execute repetitive actions for limited periods (up to 2 hours continuously).
