Responsibilities of Cashier Attendant:
- Extend a friendly greeting and encourage positive interactions with guests at the dining venue.
- Adequately acknowledge the orders placed by guests and process payments seamlessly.
- Timely and effectively address all guest inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure the well-being and security of guests and team members.
- Bolster connections with our Delivery Partners
- Ensure facility cleanliness by completing tasks that include wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors.
- Assisting with understanding menu selections and promotional campaigns
- Make sure you have all the ingredients and meal options set out for cooking
- Renovating inventory and organizing workspaces
- Using cooking tools such as bake ovens, deep fryers, grilling surfaces, and a variety of kitchen appliances for preparing meals
- Maintaining a neat work area by fulfilling general cleaning responsibilities that include disinfecting workstations, tidying equipment, hand-washing dishes, and sweeping and wiping surfaces
Requirements of Cashier Attendant:
- The minimum age requirement is 16 years old, and no prior experience is necessary.
- It is necessary to have a trustworthy mode of transportation.
- Proficiency in interpreting and making sense of paperwork such as safety guidelines, maintenance directives, operational manuals, and instructional resources.
- Need to be capable of standing for long stretches of time.
- Ability to handle lifting tasks up to 50 pounds with support if required.
- Promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere when interacting with colleagues and guests is essential.
