Responsibilities of Payment Processor:
- Extend a warm greeting and ensure positive interactions with guests in the eatery.
- Skillfully manage the requests of customers and process payments with precision.
- Handle all guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Establish and maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant area for all.
- Bolster connections with our Delivery Partners
- Keep the facility clean by conducting general cleaning tasks like wiping surfaces, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors.
- Assisting with understanding menu selections and promotional campaigns
- Prepare the components and menu selections for meal preparation
- Refurbishing stock and structuring workstations
- Utilizing cooking apparatus such as ovens, frying appliances, grilling equipment, and a variety of culinary tools in meal preparation
- Keeping the work environment clean by carrying out general cleaning duties such as wiping workstations, disinfecting equipment, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping surfaces
Requirements of Payment Processor:
- No previous experience is required for individuals who are at least 16 years old.
- Possessing reliable commuting options is mandatory.
- Capacity to read and understand diverse paperwork such as safety guidelines, maintenance procedures, operational manuals, and training resources.
- Must be able to maintain a standing position for long durations.
- Need to be able to manage lifting weights of up to 50 pounds with assistance provided.
- Demonstrating a positive and friendly demeanor towards colleagues and visitors is important for fostering a positive workplace culture.
