Responsibilities of Frontline Cashier:

• As part of their role, the Frontline Cashier focuses on enhancing customer experiences, utilizing their in-depth product knowledge, upholding premium brand standards, and efficiently managing Front-End operations.
• Extend a hospitable greeting to all visitors and take the initiative to connect with customers to better grasp their requirements and enhance their shopping journey.
• Conduct customer sales transactions and returns following the approved Front-End procedures.
• Develop a retail setting that encourages a sense of inclusiveness, focusing on creating a space where everyone, employees, and visitors, feel welcomed and respected.
• Foster a united front to aid the team across the entirety of the store.
• Complete additional tasks as instructed by management.
