Our Store Sales Specialist are passionate about creating a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and execution standards, and ability to prioritize. They are constantly learning, supporting their team across all departments, and contributing to an overall fun store culture!

Responsibilities of Store Sales Specialist:

• Offer a warm welcome to all individuals and actively seek out customers to provide assistance and improve their shopping experience
• Showcase genuine customer engagement through the display of enthusiasm, understanding, unwavering commitment, and passion for their sport or pastime
• Support company campaigns such as warranty sales, loyalty programs, and seasonal promotions effectively
• Establish a sense of inclusivity within the store that promotes respect and safety for everyone, ensuring that both associates and customers feel valued and welcomed in the space
• To back up the team and maintain the store, additional tasks might need to be addressed as business needs evolve

Qualification of Store Sales Specialist:

• Ideal candidates will have previous exposure to retail sales, cashier responsibilities, or customer service-oriented jobs.
• Having the aptitude to periodically stand, bend, squat, reach, apply pressure, pull, and raise items weighing from 15 to 35 lbs periodically (up to 5 instances per hour).
• Can perform tasks requiring standing or walking for up to 4 hours consecutively.
• Ability to engage in repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
