Job Summary of Cashier Attendant:
Ensuring exceptional customer service, managing customer transactions at the point of sale (POS), restocking merchandise, and maintaining the store's brand and overall presentation are crucial responsibilities of the Cashier Attendant.
Responsibilities for Cashier Attendant:
- Exhibit leadership proficiency in boosting sales and profitability by meeting or exceeding all assigned store and individual objectives
- Meet or exceed all predetermined objectives. These could encompass sales targets, hourly productivity levels, average dollar sale (ADS), units per transaction (UPT), conversion rates if necessary, charge account acquisitions, contest results, and any additional key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the brand
- Show a comprehensive awareness and skilled implementation of sales approaches and customer service guidelines emphasized in Company's training initiatives
- Cultivate and manage customer connections by displaying a friendly approach and delivering top-notch customer care
- Actively participate in all contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs. Responsible for contributing to efforts in the stores achievements
- Maintain the prescribed levels of appearance, proficiency, awareness, and personal grooming as per company regulations
- Maintain awareness of all sales promotions. Efficiently handle multiple customers and projects. Print merchandise tags promptly
- Understand and convey the merchandise preferences of customers and communicate with Store Management about the congruence or divergence in the store's merchandise mix to cater to local demands
- Uphold the systematic control of goods and diligently manage the cash register on a daily basis per instructions
- Show professionalism in your customer interactions by answering phone calls in a courteous and professional manner

Qualifications for Cashier Attendant:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous retail experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
