Job Summary of Client Development Consultant:

The Client Development Consultant position at Banner Bank involves providing assistance and cover as a teller or banker at different branch locations within a designated region. It is your duty to present a friendly and professional face as you serve customers. In addition to tending to client transactions promptly and accurately, you must actively propose relevant bank products and services. It should be noted that this position requires daily interbranch travel.

Qualification of Client Development Consultant:

Ongoing professional development is also important in the banking industry. More experienced bankers may be expected to attend training sessions and seminars on a regular basis to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices:

• A year or more of experience as a teller, with proven expertise in sales and goal attainment, is a mandatory requirement for this position
• Proficiency in structuring and coordinating workloads, alongside fundamental knowledge in numerical computations, mediation, and critical thinking
• Developing strong communication skills, including phone and email etiquette, can greatly enhance one's professional image and effectiveness in their role
• Strong interpersonal skills and expertise in building and sustaining meaningful relationships; exceptional talent in delivering top-notch customer service
