Job Summary of Shift Coordinator:
Uphold the RGM by effectively managing shifts independently, demonstrating accountability in resolving issues, and collaborating with colleagues for assistance when necessary, while also offering support and direction to fellow team members.
Responsibilities of Shift Coordinator:
- Ensuring Consistent Customer Satisfaction Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed.
- Ensure that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s).
- Ensure that all employees present a neat clean appearance and wear company uniform.
- Personally demonstrate the Customer needs are the highest priority.Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders.Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations.
- Greets customers with a smile, is polite and pleasant when speaking with customers.

- Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking and holding times.
- Assist RGM with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times.
- Perform other duties as required by manager.
Requirements of Shift Coordinator:
- There is a clear inclination towards promoting internally for the Hourly Champion role.
- One must have reached the age of 18 to be considered eligible.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Capable of performing fundamental calculations for business purposes. Proficient in restocking shelves and coolers.
- Capable of supervising and leading subordinate staff members by offering guidance and direction.
- Capable of cleaning and mopping surfaces, wiping down shelves, and moving garbage bins to an outdoor dumpster.
- Capable of maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant's parking lot and surrounding areas. Capable of enduring standing, walking, lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs, and bending for the majority of the shift duration.
