Cash Controller

Job Summary of Cash Controller:

At the core of the Cash Controller's role is the provision of outstanding customer service, which involves overseeing customer transactions at the point of sale (POS), restocking inventory, and maintaining the store's brand and overall aesthetics.

Responsibilities for Cash Controller:

• Show leadership acumen in driving sales and profitability by meeting or exceeding all set store and individual objectives
• Attain or surpass all defined targets, such as sales goals, average dollar sale (ADS), units per transaction (UPT), conversion rates where applicable, charge account numbers, contest outcomes, and any other key performance indicators (KPIs) unique to the brand
• Show a comprehensive awareness and skilled implementation of sales approaches and customer service guidelines emphasized in Company's training initiatives
• Foster and uphold connections with customers by portraying a warm demeanor and providing outstanding customer assistance
• Actively participate in all contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs. Responsible for contributing to efforts in the stores achievements
• Meet the expected benchmarks set by the company concerning appearance, job performance, comprehension, and personal grooming
• Stay attentive to all sales promotions. Efficiently handle various customers and tasks. Be able to print merchandise tags promptly
• Interpret and communicate customer product needs while informing Store Management about the adequacy or insufficiency of the store's merchandise assortment in meeting local demands
• Sustain the uniform oversight of products and fulfill the daily cash wrap tasks as directed
• Portray professionalism in your customer service by answering calls in a professional and friendly tone

Qualifications for Cash Controller:

• Meeting the age requirement necessitates being 18 years old
• The possession of prior experience in retail is beneficial
• Acute awareness of finer details
• Prepared to work across a range of shifts, which may include weekends and holidays
• It is necessary to pay attention to personal grooming and maintain a neat appearance
• Prolonged standing will be a necessary component of the candidate's responsibilities.
• Exerting effort to lift between 15 and 30 pounds.
