Responsibilities of General Cashier:
- Offer a pleasant welcome and engage patrons in a positive manner at the restaurant.
- Adequately acknowledge the orders placed by guests and process payments seamlessly.
- Provide timely responses and solutions to all guest inquiries and concerns.
- Create a safe and welcoming space for guests and employees.
- Foster productive partnerships with our Delivery Partners
- Ensure the facility is clean by performing general cleaning duties including wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors.
- Giving guidance on menu items and existing promotional offers
- Have the necessary ingredients and dishes lined up for menu item preparation
- Replacing merchandise and setting up stations
- Using cooking tools such as bake ovens, deep fryers, grilling surfaces, and a variety of kitchen appliances for preparing meals
- Keeping the work environment spotless by undertaking various cleaning tasks like wiping down workstations, scrubbing equipment, cleaning dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors
Requirements of General Cashier:
- Must be at least 16 years of age. No previous experience required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and training materials.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
- Must get along well with coworkers and guests through a positive and friendly demeanor.
