Job Summary of Banking Consultant:

As a Banking Consultant at Banner Bank, your primary responsibility is to provide support as a teller/banker at various retail branch locations within a specified region. You should strive to create an enjoyable experience for every client while ensuring that their transactions are processed accurately and promptly. Additionally, you should suggest and promote bank products and services that may be of interest to clients. This position requires you to travel between branches daily.

Qualification of Banking Consultant:

In addition to technical skills, bankers must also possess strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize and manage their workload effectively:

• Prospective candidates must have worked as a teller for one year or more, participate in sales efforts, and demonstrate goal attainment capability
• Astuteness in managing and structuring responsibilities, combined with rudimentary proficiencies in mathematics, negotiation, and analytical reasoning
• Adhering to proper phone etiquette is an essential part of professional communication and should be practiced consistently
• Excellent abilities in establishing rapport and building strong relationships; exceptional talent in meeting and exceeding customer expectations

Benefits of Banking Consultant:

• A $18.00 to $19.00 hourly pay, which is determined by the employee's experience, is offered for this position. Candidates may also receive a $1.50 premium as an addition to their base salary
