Essential Functions of Assistant Chief Manager:

• Inspire and engage customers and fellow Team Members alike
• Train, coach, and recognize the talent before youGrowth through great service
• Work approximately 50 hours a week
• Lastly, create a restaurant experience for team members and customers that you are proud of.

Qualification of Assistant Chief Manager:

• Being 18 years old or older is a prerequisite
• Adhering to the criteria of a background investigation and drug screening is required
• It is important to have a trustworthy form of transportation
• Sound understanding of basic business math and accounting expertise, alongside skilled analytical and decision-making proficiencies
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry out trash containers and place in an outside bin
