You will serve as the primary supplier of customer service at the storefront, acting as a liaison between customers and management. Additionally, you will extend support at the register when required and guarantee that high customer service standards are achieved by assisting cashiers with complex transactions. By adhering to the company's guidelines for merchandising and presentation, such as following designated floor layouts, meeting signage requirements, implementing price modifications, maintaining inventory presentations, and adhering to restocking standards, you will contribute to Dick's Sporting Goods' objective of transforming into the top destination for athletes and sports fans
