Responsibilities of Payment Clerk:

• Offer a pleasant welcome and engage patrons in a positive manner at the restaurant.
• Efficiently process the guests' orders and accurately complete the payments.
• Respond promptly to all guest issues and inquiries to ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain a secure and inviting atmosphere for visitors and employees.
• Foster productive partnerships with our Delivery Partners
• Keep the facility tidy by performing various cleaning duties like cleaning tables, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors.
• Clarifying doubts related to menu options and promotional campaigns
• Have all the ingredients and menu items ready for cooking and serving
• Replacing merchandise and setting up stations
• Employing culinary tools like baking ovens, fryers, griddles, and a range of kitchen equipment for cooking tasks
• Ensuring a spick and span work area by completing general cleaning tasks like wiping down workstations, cleaning equipment, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors

Requirements of Payment Clerk:

• Being at least 16 years old is a must, and no previous exposure is needed.
• Reliable transport is a fundamental requirement.
• Ability to decipher and interpret a range of documents, including safety regulations, maintenance manuals, operational instructions, and training materials.
• Ability to stand continuously for long periods of time.
• Tasked with lifting loads of up to 50 pounds with the aid of others.
• Promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere when interacting with colleagues and guests is essential.
