Job Description of Client Associate:

The role of a Client Associate at Banner Bank is to offer support as a teller or banker at various retail branch locations within a specific area. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that every client has an exceptional experience while transacting with the bank. You must process transactions with complete accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, you should suggest and promote bank products and services to clients to help them achieve their financial objectives. As this position involves working across multiple locations, you must be willing to travel daily.

Qualification of Client Associate:

In addition to technical skills, bankers must also possess strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize and manage their workload effectively:

• Prospective candidates must have worked as a teller for one year or more, participate in sales efforts, and demonstrate goal attainment capability
• Effective ability to manage tasks and prioritize responsibilities, coupled with fundamental arithmetic, bargaining, and analytical skills
• Adhering to proper phone etiquette is an essential part of professional communication and should be practiced consistently
• Exceptional abilities in developing relationships and communicating effectively with others; outstanding aptitude in meeting customer needs

Benefits of Client Associate:

• A $18.00 to $19.00 hourly pay, which is determined by the employee's experience, is offered for this position. Candidates may also receive a $1.50 premium as an addition to their base salary
