Job Summary of Retail Sales Consultant:

It is the duty of the Retail Sales Consultant to offer exceptional customer care, manage inventory, and uphold the store's overall look and brand image.

Responsibilities for Retail Sales Consultant:

• Meet or surpass set benchmarks encompassing sales figures, productivity per hour, average amount spent per transaction, number of items per sale, conversion rates, credit account sign-ups, contests, and any additional brand-specific performance metrics.
• Take part enthusiastically in each contest, offering, and sales reward initiative. Stay updated on all sales promotions to ensure you don't miss out on any opportunities.
• Possess a comprehensive grasp and effective utilization of sales tactics and client satisfaction benchmarks as established in the Company's educational courses.
• Engage with customers in a pleasant and professional manner while handling incoming phone calls
• Ensure compliance with the company's requirements regarding the presentation of the store, performance metrics, familiarity with product lines, and efficient store management practices
• Help with the upkeep of the sales floor and stockroom by ensuring they are tidy and orderly.
• Comply with the prescribed visual merchandising protocols, which involve tasks like ensuring fixtures are properly positioned and stocked, organizing displays by color, and fulfilling other directives assigned by the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Aid the Store Manager/Assistant Manager in the proper and timely execution of markdowns. Meet all deadlines and proactively request more tasks. Demonstrate an ability to work independently.
• Comply with all security measures and protocols, including implementing zone defense strategies. Stay alert and respond promptly to any indications of possible loss prevention situations.
• Stay vigilant for potential shortages by promptly assisting customers, reporting instances of external theft like shoplifting, and identifying internal theft.

Qualifications for Retail Sales Consultant:

• It is required to be a minimum of 16 years old

• The job necessitates the candidate to be able to stand for prolonged periods during their shift.
• Moving objects weighing between 15 and 30 pounds.
