Responsibilities of Cashier Operator:
- Offer a warm reception and engage with customers positively in the restaurant.
- Efficiently handle the guests' requests and process payments accurately.
- Provide timely responses and solutions to all guest inquiries and concerns.
- Establish and uphold a secure and cozy setting for guests and staff.
- Foster productive partnerships with our Delivery Partners
- Preserve facility hygiene by conducting routine cleaning activities like wiping surfaces, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping the floors.
- Clarifying doubts related to menu options and promotional campaigns
- Gather all the necessary elements and dishes listed on the menu
- Replenishing stock and structuring workspaces
- Utilizing food cooking equipment including baking appliances, deep frying units, grilling stations, and various kitchen tools
- Keeping the work environment spotless by undertaking various cleaning tasks like wiping down workstations, scrubbing equipment, cleaning dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors
Requirements of Cashier Operator:
- Must be at least 16 years of age. No previous experience required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and training materials.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
- Must get along well with coworkers and guests through a positive and friendly demeanor.
