Job Description of Relationship Support Specialist:

A Floating Banker for Banner Bank is responsible for offering backup teller/banker assistance at multiple retail branches within a particular region. Your primary obligation is to ensure that each client has a satisfactory banking experience. This includes processing transactions accurately and quickly, as well as recommending bank products/services that might aid clients in achieving their financial objectives. You will be expected to travel between branches daily for this role.

Qualification of Relationship Support Specialist:

In addition to technical skills, bankers must also possess strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize and manage their workload effectively

• A year or more of experience as a teller, with proven expertise in sales and goal attainment, is a mandatory requirement for this position
• Aptitude for organizing and planning workloads, accompanied by intrinsic capabilities in numerical operations, mediation, and critical thinking
• Adhering to proper phone etiquette is an essential part of professional communication and should be practiced consistently
• Skilled in developing meaningful connections with others; adept in providing unparalleled customer service

• A $18.00 to $19.00 hourly pay, which is determined by the employee's experience, is offered for this position. Candidates may also receive a $1.50 premium as an addition to their base salary
