You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers great food and a friendly experience.

  • Directing the orientation sessions for new employees and outlining specific training outlines for each individual
  • Reduces the chance of financial loss by strictly adhering to cash handling policies, providing appropriate training for Team Members, and meeting all accounting and banking requirements.

Qualification of Hospitality Shift Manager:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
