Job Summary of Money Handler:
One of the key responsibilities of the Money Handler is to provide exceptional customer service, including overseeing customer transactions at the point of sale (POS), restocking products, and maintaining the store's brand and overall image.
Responsibilities for Money Handler:
- Display leadership competence in enhancing sales and profitability by achieving or surpassing all established store and individual goals
- Attain or surpass all defined targets, such as sales goals, average dollar sale (ADS), units per transaction (UPT), conversion rates where applicable, charge account numbers, contest outcomes, and any other key performance indicators (KPIs) unique to the brand
- Demonstrate a thorough comprehension and adept application of sales strategies and customer care standards provided in Company's training programs
- Cultivate and manage customer connections by displaying a friendly approach and delivering top-notch customer care
- Actively participate in all contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs. Responsible for contributing to efforts in the stores achievements
- Meet the expected benchmarks set by the company concerning appearance, job performance, comprehension, and personal grooming
- Keep yourself updated on all sales promotions. Skillfully manage multiple customers and projects. Ensure timely printing of merchandise tags
- Understand and relay customer merchandise needs while discussing with Store Management the adequacy or inadequacy of the store's product assortment in addressing local demands
- Uphold the control of merchandise in a consistent manner and manage cash wrap procedures on a daily schedule
- Maintain a professional atmosphere in customer interactions by answering the phone with a friendly and professional tone

Qualifications for Money Handler:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous retail experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
