Responsibilities of Cashier Clerk:
- Extend a friendly greeting and engage guests in a positive manner at the restaurant.
- Responsibly manage the orders placed by customers and seamlessly handle the payment procedures.
- Provide timely responses and solutions to all guest inquiries and concerns.
- Guarantee the safety and comfort of both team members and guests.
- Develop a successful rapport with our Delivery Partners
- Help uphold facility cleanliness by completing general cleaning tasks like wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors.
- Giving guidance on menu items and existing promotional offers
- Prepare the components and menu selections for meal preparation
- Refreshing supplies and configuring work areas
- Utilizing cooking apparatus such as ovens, frying appliances, grilling equipment, and a variety of culinary tools in meal preparation
- Ensuring a spick and span work area by completing general cleaning tasks like wiping down workstations, cleaning equipment, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors
Requirements of Cashier Clerk:
- Being at least 16 years old is a must, and no previous exposure is needed.
- Reliable commuting options are a must.
- Skill in deciphering and understanding written materials, including safety protocols, maintenance procedures, operational instructions, and training handbooks.
- Requires the ability to remain on one's feet for extended durations.
- Must have the ability to raise items up to 50 pounds with aid if needed.
- Being able to foster a positive atmosphere with both colleagues and clients is important for successful interaction.
