What you'll do:

• A customer service representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance for any issue related to their account.
• Assist customers with account management options, such as changing billing cycles or updating contact information.
• Work hand-in-hand with other colleagues or teams, as necessary, to address customer concerns within the parameters of company guidelines and applicable laws.

Responsibilities:

As an individual contributor assigned to this position, you will be responsible for a number of tasks including vehicle sales, sales paperwork processing, vehicle appraisal assessments, and repair order management. This is an independent role that requires a great deal of self-direction
