Job Summary of Cash Keeper:

The main task of the Cash Keeper entails delivering superb customer service by managing customer transactions at the point of sale (POS), restocking products, and upholding the store's brand and overall image.

Responsibilities for Cash Keeper:

• Illustrate leadership prowess in increasing sales and profitability by reaching or surpassing all predetermined store and individual targets
• Achieve or exceed all established objectives, including sales metrics, hourly productivity rates, average dollar sale (ADS), units per transaction (UPT), conversion rates (if relevant), charge account acquisitions, contest results, and any other brand-specific key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Demonstrate a thorough comprehension and adept application of sales strategies and customer care standards provided in Company's training programs
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers through a friendly attitude and excellent customer service
• Actively participate in all contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs. Responsible for contributing to efforts in the stores achievements
• Ensure alignment with the company's expectations on appearance, execution, knowledge, and personal presentation
• Keep yourself updated on all sales promotions. Skillfully manage multiple customers and projects. Ensure timely printing of merchandise tags
• Comprehend and articulate customer merchandise requirements, as well as coordinate with Store Management to evaluate whether the store's product offerings align with or deviate from local needs
• Ensure steady control of merchandise and execute cash register duties on a daily basis as specified
• Display professionalism when engaging with customers by ensuring that phone calls are answered in a polite and professional manner

Qualifications for Cash Keeper:

• The age of 18 must be met as a prerequisite
• Candidates with prior retail exposure are preferred

• The applicant should be comfortable with the requirement to stand for extended periods without continuous sitting breaks.
