Responsibilities of Checkout Attendant:
- Extend a warm greeting and ensure positive interactions with guests in the eatery.
- Exact recording of customer orders and efficient processing of payments.
- Ensure all guest concerns and inquiries are addressed and resolved promptly.
- Provide a comfortable and protected area for team members and visitors.
- Collaborate effectively with our Delivery Partners
- Maintain the cleanliness of the premises by completing general cleaning tasks such as wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping the floors.
- Offering information about menu items and ongoing promotional activities
- Ensure you have all the necessary elements and dishes specified on the menu
- Refurbishing stock and structuring workstations
- Employing food preparation gadgets including ovens, fryer units, grilling devices, and various culinary equipment
- Maintaining a neat work area by fulfilling general cleaning responsibilities that include disinfecting workstations, tidying equipment, hand-washing dishes, and sweeping and wiping surfaces
Requirements of Checkout Attendant:
- Must be at least 16 years of age. No previous experience required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and training materials.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
- Must get along well with coworkers and guests through a positive and friendly demeanor.
