Responsibilities of Checkout Clerk:
- Offer a warm reception and engage with customers positively in the restaurant.
- Skillfully manage customer orders and handle the payment transactions with precision.
- Swiftly address and resolve any guest questions or problems.
- Uphold a safe, secure, and comfortable space for both guests and staff.
- Improve teamwork with our Delivery Partners
- Keep the facility clean by conducting general cleaning tasks like wiping surfaces, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors.
- Responding to queries about dishes on the menu and current marketing promotions
- Prepare the components and menu selections for meal preparation
- Replacing merchandise and setting up stations
- Employing food preparation gadgets including ovens, fryer units, grilling devices, and various culinary equipment
- Preserving a fresh work atmosphere by executing general cleaning tasks such as wiping workstations, sanitizing machinery, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors
Requirements of Checkout Clerk:
- Must be at least 16 years of age. No previous experience required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and training materials.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
- Must get along well with coworkers and guests through a positive and friendly demeanor.
